Terms and Conditions Thermen Fans Program
Participation
By participating in the (digital) Thermen Fans loyalty program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
To enjoy all personal benefits and extras, such as offers and gifts, you must register for the digital Thermen Fans program.
Registration requires a personal email address and confirmation via a confirmation email.
Participation is open to individuals aged 16 and older.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent(s) or guardian(s) to join.
By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Personal Data
You guarantee that the information you provide during registration is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Your profile (including email address) may only be used by you personally.
The program is entirely digital and only valid with a personal, active email address.
By joining Thermen Fans, you consent to Thermen Resorts tracking your bookings and reservations to send you personalised offers (via various marketing channels) and to update your status.
Your personal data and booking information will be stored in a secure database and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your fan status is non-transferable and cannot be assigned, inherited, resold, or combined with another account.
If your account or email has been hacked, please contact us.
Email address changes must be made by one of our staff members.
Personal Offers, Vouchers & Free Gifts
Thermen Resorts tracks your visits across our wellness resorts over a 365-day period from your registration date.
Each status level comes with unique personal offers, promotions, and vouchers.
All offers and vouchers have a set expiry or redemption date, clearly stated on the related promotional materials.
Offers, vouchers, or free products are personal and non-transferable.
They cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
By joining the program and accepting these Terms, you agree to receive status updates and communications from Thermen Fans.
By providing your email address, you also agree to receive personalised offers via email.
If you provide your full contact details, you also consent to receiving communications via other channels (e.g. direct mail or post).
Misuse & Monitoring
Thermen Resorts reserves the right to deny, withdraw or cancel participation at any time, including the removal of members from the program, if there is reason to believe that:

There is (attempted) misuse of the program

These Terms and Conditions are being violated or attempted to be violated

There is behaviour that involves theft, misconduct, offensive conduct, or providing false/misleading information
Changes & Termination
You may cancel your participation at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by sending a message to marketing@thermenresorts.nl.
Up until the moment of cancellation, your personal offers and gifts remain valid.
After cancellation, your account and status will be deactivated.
Of course, you can re-register at any time, but your status will start over from the beginning.
Liability
Thermen Resorts is not liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of participating in the loyalty program.
This includes (but is not limited to) errors in printing, changes or termination of the program, or failures by third parties.
Dutch law applies to these Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes will be submitted to a competent court in the Netherlands.

Intellectual Property
The Thermen Fans program may not be copied, reproduced, or published in whole or in part in any form, unless explicitly permitted by these Terms or required by law.
