Creating an Account

Yes, even if you're already a Thermen Fan, you still need to create a Thermen Resorts account.
To continue enjoying your personal fan benefits, you must create an account by January 1, 2024. This way, we can keep surprising you with personalised benefits, exclusive access to events, and limited edition products. Without an account, you will no longer have access to your personal benefits after this date.

Tip: Keep your current fan status by using the same email address you’ve registered with.

That’s correct. Even if your email is already known to us from the Thermen Fans program, you’ll still need to register it for the new account system. Just follow the steps and complete your registration.

Tip: Use your existing fan email to keep your current status.

Only bookings made while logged in to your Thermen Resorts account will appear. Previous bookings remain valid, even if they’re not visible in your overview.

No, with just one Thermen Resorts account, you can book at all Thermen Resorts. Relaxing made easy.

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email – this may take a few minutes. Don’t forget to check your spam folder

  4. Click the confirmation link in the email to verify your account

Thermen Fans Program

It’s our way of rewarding loyal guests. You’ll receive exclusive, personalised benefits such as early access to events, special offers, and surprise gifts. And the more you visit, the more your status grows — unlocking even more benefits.

Yes. To keep enjoying your fan benefits after January 1, 2024, you’ll need a Thermen Resorts account.

No. The Thermen Fans program is part of your Thermen Resorts account. You need an account to access and redeem your benefits.

Yes, as long as you use the same email address linked to your fan registration.

Yes. You’ll continue to receive monthly updates via email. You can also view your benefits anytime by logging into your Thermen Resorts account.

Linking Your Multi-Visit Card (Badenkaart)

  1. Go to thermenresorts.nl/mijn

  2. Log in

  3. Click the card icon in the top left

  4. Click + Add card

  5. Select your resort and enter the barcode from the back of your card (it starts with 888)

  6. Click Add

If your card is linked to the same email as your account, it will now appear.

Just purchased a new card? It may take up to 1 hour before you can link it. Still having trouble after that? Contact us and we’ll help you out.

It can take up to 1 hour after your reservation for your balance to update. If it hasn’t, please contact us.

Yes. After linking your card:

  1. Go to the card section in your account

  2. Select Book with this card

  3. Choose your date

  4. Complete your booking

Then just relax and count down to your visit!

Using the Thermen Resorts App

Go to the Google Play Store and search for Thermen Resorts, or download it directly via [this link].

Go to the Apple App Store, search Thermen Resorts, or download it via [this link].

No, both use the same account. The app just keeps your relaxation closer at hand, anytime, anywhere.

No, deleting the app does not delete your account. You can still log in via the website. Want to delete your account? Go to Account > My Details > Delete Profile and Data.

Reservations via Your Account

Yes, you can easily book at any of the Thermen Resorts using your account.

No problem – you can book as a guest. Just select this option during the final step of your booking.

Only bookings made while logged in will show. Past bookings are not displayed. If something’s missing, feel free to contact us.

Yes.

  1. Go to your upcoming reservation

  2. Click Send a message under your reservation details

  3. Submit your change request — our staff will process it and send a confirmation via email

Can I cancel a reservation via my account?

Yes.

  1. Go to your upcoming reservation

  2. Click Send a message

  3. Request the cancellation — we’ll confirm via email

No, only reservations made while logged in will appear in your account.

Changing Your Details and Preferences

It may take 24 to 48 hours for changes to take effect. If you’re still receiving messages you opted out of, contact us.

  1. Go to the login screen

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click Log in with password

  4. Then click Forgot your password? and follow the steps

Deleting Your Account

We’re sad to see you go! But of course, you have the option to delete your account at any time:

  1. Go to Account > My Details

  2. Scroll down and click Delete Profile and Data

You're always welcome to return but please note, deleting your account will reset your fan status.
