What to bring for a day at the sauna?

• Reservation confirmation: This can of course also be shown on your phone.

• Bathrobe: In parts of our resort, wearing a bathrobe is mandatory. For most of the day, you’ll be wearing a bathrobe or wrapping yourself in a large towel.

• Large towel: You'll sit on this in the sauna or use it when lying outside on a sunbed.

• Towel(s): For showering and drying off after your sauna session.

• Bath slippers: Wearing bath slippers is mandatory, except inside the saunas, where you must take them off.

• Water bottle: Staying hydrated is very important during your sauna day.

• Something to read (e.g. a magazine or book): A sauna day is all about relaxation. If reading a book helps you unwind, definitely bring one along.

• Swimwear: Only needed if you’re visiting Thermen on a swimwear day.

A sauna day is all about relaxation and being offline. It's important that everyone feels at ease and doesn’t have to worry about their privacy. That’s why cameras, tablets, and mobile phones must stay in your locker. From the reception onward, these devices may no longer be used – not even in the changing room.

It might sound challenging: a whole day without your phone. But being “offline” for a day actually brings extra peace and relaxation by the end!
