A message from Thermen Resorts
Dear hotel guest,
We would like to inform you about a security incident in which guest and reservation data in the hotel sector in the Netherlands may have been misused. It is currently known that guests of multiple hotels in the Netherlands may receive a WhatsApp message containing a payment request or a request to verify their reservation.
Good to know: these messages are NOT from Thermen Resorts.
If you have received such a message, it is important to do the following:
- Do not click the link in the message
- Do not make any payment through this request
If you are unsure whether a message is genuine or have any other questions, please always contact us at info@thermenresorts.nl and include your reservation number. We are happy to help.
