Thermen Gift with Value (Thermen Cadeau)

• This gift card may have been purchased at one of our resorts, via our website, or through one of the official (online) points of sale.

• The gift card can be redeemed up to two years after the date of issue at:
  Thermen Bussloo, Thermen Soesterberg, Thermen Berendonck, Thermen Bad Nieuweschans, Thermen Maarssen, and Thermen Maastricht.

• You can enter the unique code during the final step of your reservation or bring the gift card with you on your wellness day.

• The value stated on the gift card can be redeemed in full or in parts.

• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Any changes to the value and/or features of the gift card will make it invalid.

• It is not possible to use a gift card to purchase another gift card or voucher.

Gift Card with Value (Wellness Cadeau)

• Still have one of our older gift cards? That’s the Wellness Cadeau – a different name and design, but just as relaxing.

• This gift card can be redeemed up to two years after the date of issue at:
  Thermen Bussloo, Thermen Soesterberg, Thermen Berendonck, and Thermen Bad Nieuweschans.

• You can enter the unique code during the final step of your reservation or bring the gift card with you on your wellness day.

• The value stated on the gift card can be redeemed in full or in parts.

• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Any changes to the value and/or features of the gift card will make it invalid.

• It is not possible to use a gift card to purchase another gift card or voucher.

Thermen Gift for Two

• The ‘Thermen for Two’ gift card is only valid for a wellness day for two people at:
  Thermen Bussloo, Thermen Soesterberg, Thermen Berendonck, or Thermen Bad Nieuweschans.

• Valid for visits until 22 December 2023, on any day of the week, based on availability (excluding the Christmas holiday period).

• The card could be purchased online or in our resorts until 14 February 2023.

• Cannot be redeemed on the day of purchase and cannot be used in parts.

• No weekend or swimwear day surcharges apply.

• Not valid in combination with other promotions or (hotel) packages.

Shipping Costs

• For shipping a luxury gift box, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

• For shipping a standard gift card, a fee of €4.95 applies.

Extending the Gift Card

• The expiry date is shown on the back of the card.

• If you haven’t been able to redeem your card in time, we offer a grace period.

• You may still redeem an expired gift card within 6 months after the stated expiry date by handing it in at the reception of one of our resorts.

• A one-time administration fee of €7.95 will be charged for this extension.
