About the Thermen Fans Program

As a Thermen Fan, you’ll enjoy exclusive, personalised benefits. Be the first to access special events, receive personal offers, and get thoughtful gifts — just for you. With every new visit to one of our resorts, your status grows, unlocking even more rewards. Because the more you relax, the stronger our connection becomes.

Yes, registration is required using your email address. If you don’t sign up, your visits won’t be tracked, and you won’t automatically benefit from the program.

All Thermen Resorts are included in the loyalty program. Visits to Thermen Bussloo, Thermen Soesterberg, Thermen Berendonck, or Thermen Bad Nieuweschans, as well as any Retreat that includes sauna access, will all count toward your fan status.

Your visits count from the moment you register and confirm your registration via the confirmation email. That date marks the beginning of your personal 365-day period in which visits are tracked. Your status updates after each visit within this time frame.

Yes, the program is linked to a unique email address. If you’re visiting with someone else, we recommend booking separately using your own email addresses. That way, you’ll both enjoy your own personal fan benefits double the joy!

Your Status

We believe in relaxing more often — it’s good for your health and brings added benefits. With your consent, we track your visits across our participating resorts. Based on your number of visits, you’ll move up in status and receive new, personalised rewards.

Log into your Thermen Resorts account. You’ll find your fan status and benefits under the “Thermen Fans” section.

Your status updates within 24 hours after your visit, provided you’re registered. If your status hasn’t changed immediately, give it a little time — it will update shortly after your visit.

Book and enjoy a sauna visit, hotel stay, or Retreat (with sauna access) at Thermen Bussloo, Thermen Berendonck, Thermen Soesterberg, or Thermen Bad Nieuweschans. All bookings count toward your status. Purchases of beauty products or individual treatments do not count.

Yes. Your status is based on bookings made with the email address linked to your fan account and within 365 days of registration. Visits older than 364 days no longer count and may cause your status to drop.

Only visits made with the same email address used to register are counted. We track all visits made in the past 364 days. Future bookings are not counted until the visit has taken place.

No worries cancelling your reservation does not affect your current status. Your status only changes after an actual visit.

Your Personal Situation

Yes! A gift card or voucher is a valid payment method. As long as you’re registered and the visit has taken place, it counts toward your next status level.

No, the program tracks per booking, not per day. All visit types (day, evening, arrangement, hotel, or Retreat with sauna access) count equally.
The program is not linked to how much you spend we want it to remain accessible for everyone.

Your visit will count after it has taken place. Be sure to sign up before your visit, and your status will update automatically within 24 hours afterwards.

We’re so happy to hear that! However, only visits made after registration count toward your status. Past visits are not included.

Check if you made the booking using the email address linked to your Thermen Fans account. If so, your status will automatically update within 24 hours of your visit.

As a cardholder, you already enjoy discounted entries. If the card is registered to your email address, you can also join the Thermen Fans Program and enjoy personal rewards, exclusive events, and relaxing gifts.
Please note: if you’re using someone else’s card, the benefits apply only to the cardholder.

Absolutely. A Retreat with sauna access is a form of relaxation and counts as a visit.
Whether it’s a hotel stay, sauna day, or Retreat they all count equally in the Thermen Fans Program.
